Harvey to Lansing System Transition

 

How will the Harvey branch transition to Lansing’s systems affect me as a customer?

We are working hard to keep impact minimal to our customers. Starting 8/10, access to some of the features you were familiar with on the Harvey Secure Site will change or be temporarily unavailable as we prepare to unveil the new, feature packed LansingNOW online experience. How will this system transition affect my branch experience?

Our staff has been training on the new system and will be ready to serve you during the system transition, fully supported by a team of Lansing system professionals. We thank you in advance for your patience with our branch associates as they become familiar with the new processes.

 

Will this impact the products I can buy online?

Online ordering will be temporarily disabled. e-Catalog will be available until 8/9 and ClearWin available until 8/12. ClearWin customers will receive an email invitation from Harvey to re-register their email address to access the Lansing version of ClearWin between 8/15-9/12. When LansingNOW launches, you will have a whole new, easier to use online ordering and account management experience! All of the products you ordered previously on Harvey’s e-Catalog will be available for order.

 

I have active quotes in ClearWin and will need to order. What will I do?
Although you will not be able to access ClearWin temporarily, our branch staff will be able to view all open quotes to edit or place your order. Please reach out to your sales representative for assistance. Click here to view full list of customer ClearWin FAQs. 

 

Can I still access my current account through Harvey Secure Site?

Yes, until 9/14 you will still be able to login to the Secure Site portal but some features may change or be unavailable. You will be redirected to LansingNOW (once the platform launches) for everything you used to access on Harvey’s Secure Site.

 

Can I still use EZPay? Will the way I pay my bill change?

Until 9/10 you will still be able to login to the Secure Site portal to access EZPay and pay any outstanding Harvey invoice. Please click here to read more about important customer account and billing information during this transition.

 

How do I access ProZone, ProBucks, Trips or other program information?
You will still be able to log into the Secure Site to view information on these programs. However, the information may not be up to date because of the transition to LansingNOW. If you have questions on enrollment or need to change any of your profile or account information, please email infone@lansingbp.com.

 

Is there anything I should do to prepare for this transition?
At Lansing, we’re excited to officially welcome you as a customer and we’re committed to providing you the best possible service. While the impact to you during this transition should be minimal, there are things you can control to help the process go smoothly.

Account & Billing

  • Read our information on accounts and billing. This information will help you understand if you need to take any action on your account.
  • Being current on your Harvey invoices will help eliminate confusion once you begin receiving invoices from Lansing.
  • If you use Harvey’s EZPay, download or export all of your account/payment history by 9/14 before you transition to BillTrust on LansingNOW. Retain the historic documentation for your business accounting needs.

Online Orders & ClearWin

  • If you intend to place an e-Catalog order that you already have prepared in the system, please place it by 8/9 before access is disrupted.

  • Print copies of your active quotes to have on hand. Your branch can help you edit or place those orders when you’re ready.
  • Keep your eyes open for:
    • An email from Harvey Building Products which will invite you to re-register for Lansing’s ClearWin access.
    • An invitation to register for LansingNOW, so you can regain access to online ordering, ClearWin, and so much more.

 

Introducing LansingNOW

LansingNOW is our exciting new online destination that respects your time to manage your account, place orders and gain access to customer leads for new projects. Every day we are committed to service that delivers excellence from the inside out. LansingNOW is replacing Harvey Secure Site.

 

We are launching LansingNOW to customers the week of 9/14, however, we made the decision to launch with a limited number of essential tools to start, so we can continue to build an exceptional interface and experience for you.

 

Here is what will be part of the 9/14 launch:

  • Billtrust (formerly EZPay) to pay and/or view invoices online
  • ClearWin (Harvey Windows + Doors’ quoting and ordering system)
  • Lansing Marketing Services
  • Lansing Green (formerly Greensky)

Over the next several weeks, we will be rolling out the following online tools and services to help our customers better manage their business with us:

  • Browse products and place an order online
  • View account/order status and invoice history
  • Enroll in ProBucks, check balances, and apply ProBucks to online orders
  • Apply for the ProZone referral program, or view your profile and leads
  • Enroll in our automated rebate program, SAVR
  • View Trips/Home Remodeling Conference status

IMPORTANT: Harvey Secure Site and Billtrust (formerly EZPay) users will be emailed an invite on or around September 14 to complete their LansingNOW account registration.
