Living Our Mission

Compliments on a job well done can be few and far between in today’s world.

However, that is not the case at Lansing Building Products.

Over the past few months, we’ve noticed a growing number of submissions to the “Living Our Mission” section of our Associate Recognition website.  So far in 2022, 101 Associates have been recognized by their peers for role-modeling our values of Respect, Service, and Excellence.

Thank you to those Lansing Associates highlighted for bringing our mission to life, as well as their teammates who took the time to submit a story or compliment.

Author and motivational speaker Zig Ziglar wrote that “a sincere compliment is one of the most effective tools to teach and motivate others.” As we continue to grow as a Great Place to Work, one example of showing respect for our Associates is recognizing others’ good work.

I encourage you to always find the time to help each other and please continue to share the positive impact made by those within our Lansing family.
