Every Lansing associate is familiar with what we know as Vision 2025. Created in 2019, this was a forward focused mission designed to help Lansing become a best-in-class place to work and build a career, provide a best-in-class customer experience and help achieve a lofty revenue goal. I am proud to say the revenue goal was shattered twice and we are well on our way to achieving $2 billion in sales.
Vision 2025 has served us well and helped all of us here at Lansing Building Products remain committed to these goals. As we approached 2026, it was time for an updated Vision.
My team and I invested meaningful time and discussion looking forward to the next five years and beyond. In January, at the National Sales Meeting in Nashville, Lansing introduced Vision 2030. We’ve doubled down on our belief that relationships matter. Our Vision 2030 is simply to “Build the Strongest Relationships in the Industry”.

Lansing puts the highest value on our relationships with our associates, our customers and our valued business partners. As always, Lansing will continue to prioritize training and technology. That is a given and will remain constant in our business. But we know that Lansing’s continued success in the future depends on each relationship we have built.
Relationships are everything here at Lansing. Every interaction with a customer or business partner, every delivery made, each time we represent our brand … these seemingly small moments all have a big impact on the future we are building together at Lansing Building Products. I know if we build the strongest relationships in the industry that Great Things WILL Happen.
