As we begin a new week, I’m mindful of the many changes that COVID-19 has made to our day-to-day. I hope you and your families remain safe and know that we are closely monitoring the situation and its impact to our economy and our company.

At the same time, we are also continuing to make progress on our acquisition. Recently I was asked what the secret might be for a successful acquisition, and for me, it comes down to the people and the cultures of the combined companies. The time I’ve spent engaging with Harvey associates makes me confident that this integration will provide many opportunities for our future. In these sessions I have encountered camaraderie, resilience and dedication to serving customers and each other at the highest level – which are the same core values that drive Lansing each and every day.

So that everyone has an opportunity to begin meeting the people who make up Lansing and Harvey, we will be sharing Associate Spotlights on the portal. I encourage you to check back each week to meet new colleagues and learn what inspires them.

Finally, our goal is to be as transparent as possible with pertinent information as we prepare to integrate our two companies. A communications calendar has been added to the portal to let you know when to expect acquisition-related updates.
