Volunteering: I Stand With

As a trusted supplier of building products for 71 years in 34 states across the country, Lansing is committed to giving back to the communities that have given us so much.

We encourage all associates to get involved in their communities by supporting organizations that share our purpose of making a positive impact in people’s lives. To support those efforts, every Lansing associate is eligible for 16 hours of paid volunteer time each year to serve with nonprofit organizations.

Through our “I Stand With” campaign, we are encouraging associates to make it personal by supporting organizations and causes that are meaningful to them.

Please take a few minutes to watch two stories that highlight associates making a difference in their communities.

The first story features associates from our Home Office and Richmond branch who came together for a two-day volunteer project at Camp Baker in Virginia, helping prepare the camp for the arrival of children and adults with disabilities.

The second story highlights Drew Chase, Inside Sales Representative in Manchester, NH, whose six years of service as a DECA mentor have helped students develop leadership and career-readiness skills.

We look forward to sharing more stories throughout the year as each reflects the difference our associates make every day. Together, they tell a powerful story about who we are and the positive impact we can make on others.
