I am excited to announce our Lansing Foundation Advisory Board for 2026, led by incoming President Justin Astrin.  As Rebates Manager and a key contributor to the configuration of LansingNOW powered by SAP, Justin exemplifies our TRUE BLUE behavior of Making Each Day Better. He lives our Purpose of making a positive impact in people’s lives not only through his work, but also through his volunteer efforts with various Richmond-based organizations.

• Lindy Heffernan – Benefits Manager, Home Office
• Stephen Tate – Branch Operations Manager, Richmond, VA*

A special thank you to our outgoing Advisory Board members – President Keila Walker (Onboarding Manager), Brandon Crump (Branch Insights Representative), Carolyn Sarosi (Finance Manager), and Danielle Venturo (Graphic Design Supervisor) – for their commitment to the Foundation over the past two years. In 2025, the Advisory Board helped organize and spotlight numerous volunteer opportunities by Lansing associates across 35 states. They have been outstanding ambassadors, including effectively promoting our Volunteer Leave benefit, which provides associates with up to 16 hours of paid time off each year to serve their communities.
