A Jackson Thursday Night

Everyone was there. This was family and friends – not customers and vendors. Junior brought the rig, the band played Marshal Tucker, we pitched corn and ate catfish. With her hair still wet from the dunk tank, “Mrs. Keri” raffled off fishing poles, coolers and a full size turkey decoy. I had never been there before but it felt like coming home.

Our team in Jackson, Mississippi led by our branch manager, Keri Davis, may have written the book on hospitality, service and taking pride in the work we do. Her branch and contact information is proudly displayed on her car. Because they all wear radios, they know you have arrived at the branch before you walk in, alerting each other of service opportunities. These are small examples of the level of service and commitment they have to their customers. Nights and experiences like these are reminders of the incredible people we have working within Lansing Building Products. I am fortunate to be working alongside such outstanding people.
