During her time with Lansing, Tricia has focused on our mission statement of Respect, Service, and Excellence every day. The mission statement and its tenets guide the decisions she and her team make when working with new customer accounts or handling payment and collection issues, all while working very closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance to meet the needs of our growing company.

When asked what she loves most about Lansing, her answer is simply “the people.” Tricia believes we have great associates and customers who focus on building solid working relationships, and the results we achieve are amazing.
