Experience has been the best teacher for Colby over the past 17 years, he has valued every one of his opportunities to gain experience in the building products industry.

Working for ASI, prior to Lansing’s acquisition in 2013, he started in Inside Sales but never hesitated to help make deliveries or step up in the warehouse to support a shorthanded staff. That experience served him well as he grew into different roles over time.

Colby’s leadership qualities were evident to Lansing joining the company as Branch Manager of Daytona Beach in March 2015, he has also held roles as Sales Training Director and Midwest Regional Manager.

Now, leading Lansing’s Florida region, he looks forward to fulfilling the company’s purpose of making a positive impact in the lives of his teammates. “I am excited to continue my journey with Lansing for many reasons, but they all tie back to our people.”
