The Nuts and Bolts

This week, we had the pleasure of hosting another Lansing University session at our home office in Richmond, VA. These programs not only offer detailed aspects of our sales process and demonstrate how to be a leader within the branch, but they also offer an excellent opportunity to interact with our leadership team as well as build new relationships with colleagues from across the country.

One recent participant shared, “This is a very impactful couple of days. I learned a lot from a micro level and getting into the nuts and bolts of how to actually do things. More importantly, being around the (leadership) team and seeing how they live the mission statement was the most impactful for me and I would say the entire class. This was a great example of how a training should be run.”

I am proud of our work toward our Vision 2025: being a best in class company to work and build a career.
