Our People Make The Difference

Our National Meetings in May were experiences I’ve waited two-plus years for since our last in-person gatherings in early 2020.

The Sales and Operations meetings provided the opportunity for us to connect, learn and grow, and discuss the progress we’re making toward our Vision 2025 goals, including being a best-in-class place to work and build a career.  These meetings were the first time all our Sales and Operations managers came together in person since the Harvey acquisition. The energy was incredible.

On average, people spend four years with a company.

Our average associate tenure at Lansing is 11.2 years.

I believe we are different because we are focused every day on making sure our associates are engaged and fulfilled. At our recent meetings, I highlighted our 254 internal promotions and 255 associates spotlighted for “Living Our Mission” in 2021 as proof points that our people make the difference

People have choices of where they can work. Every day, our associates vote with their feet by coming to Lansing and being part of our family, and I am grateful for that.
