I want to take a few minutes to show my appreciation to one of our longest tenured associates, Linda Keister. Linda has been an integral part of the Lansing Team since December 1985, serving as Controller. Her financial knowledge, expertise, and daily efforts were invaluable as we grew from 8 branches when she joined us to our current strength of 77 locations across the country. Linda put in untold hours, sweat, and probably a few tears throughout the years on inventories, acquisitions, new computer systems, P&Ls, and audits. No matter what was thrown her way, she mastered (and weathered) it all.

What probably impresses me most about Linda is her unquestionable honesty, loyalty, and outgoing nature. She always has a smile on her face and expresses care and concern for everyone. Linda operates at the utmost level of professionalism, with a strict adherence to ethical standards. But she also definitely knows how to laugh, relax, and enjoy life!

I had the privilege at our January Sales Meeting to honor her with the Founder’s Award. This is the highest award presented in our company. It is bestowed on those who best exemplify our core values of Respect, Service, and Excellence. Linda’s years with LBP are an outstanding testament of daily living our Mission Statement.

Linda will always be a part of the LBP Family. We wish her and her family all of life’s best blessings as she enters retirement and begins the next phase of her life. THANKS for all your efforts on behalf of our great company. You will be greatly missed around here!
