Lansing: A Great Place to Work

Lansing’s first goal under Vision 2025, our long-term strategy, is to be a best-in-class place to work and build a career. That goal is first because our people make the difference.

The way we measure ourselves on this first goal is through participation in the Great Place to Work® Survey.

Our associates’ commitment to continuous improvement is outstanding! This was on display when 95% of associates completed the Great Place to Work survey in June. I am grateful for their time as well as the trust of knowing their valuable feedback is heard and remains anonymous. It is both humbling and thrilling that 84% of Associates feel Lansing is a Great Place to Work, earning us this recognition for five consecutive years.

Our people are the reason for Lansing’s success, and why we are recognized as a Great Place to Work. I am honored to be working alongside our 1900+ associates as we continue to make a positive impact in other’s lives.
