First Day

After nearly a year of working on our home office, this morning we “went live” and our associates began working in the new space. In my May 1^st blog post, I announced the location of the office and shared existing photos of the space. We have come a long way since that time! The need for a new office came out of necessity and physical constraints but as we began creating the space, we realized there was an opportunity to design something meaningful and unique. We wanted this space to feel professional yet comfortable and inviting. It was important our values of family, respect, service, excellence and integrity were felt throughout. As our associates came through the door this morning it was rewarding to see the expressions of excitement on their faces!
