Continuing the Conversation

Over the past month I’ve had many great discussions with associates from both Harvey and Lansing about the opportunity ahead of us. This afternoon we’ll continue the conversation with a virtual Town Hall for all associates from both companies.

This week also marks the mid-point of our pre-integration period, as we plan for closing at the end of the month. Bringing together two companies the size and scope of Lansing and Harvey is a significant effort, and I’m proud of what the teams have been able to accomplish in a short time. For example, we just successfully completed the benefits open enrollment for all Harvey associates last week.

While we may be practicing social distancing, that doesn’t stop us from building relationships with each other. I encourage you to check out the new Associate Spotlights that have been added to the portal. You’ll have the opportunity to meet several impressive Operations associates who help keep our branches running efficiently and literally deliver excellence to our customers.
