A “Wow” Experience

People have always made the difference at Lansing Building Products.

However, this is not exclusive to Lansing, as this lives in many different organizations.

During our Regional Meetings last month at the Dallas/Plano Marriott, four of their food-service employees repeatedly caught my attention.

Throughout three days of meetings, we were always greeted with a smile as snack bars and meals were presented with care and attention to detail, which are all part of a best in class customer experience.

My gratitude goes out to Assistant Banquet Manager Marcos Vasquez and his staff of Isela, Jose, and Toya.

Throughout my professional career there have been countless meetings, overnights, and meals, but these four individuals stood out when it came to taking pride in everything they did.

That level of personal care makes all the difference in building relationships. At Lansing, we work hard to provide excellent training to our associates, so they are able to “Wow” our customers.

We strive to do this every day and, in turn, want to recognize others for making a difference and providing their own “Wow” experience.
