2021 National Operations Meeting

We recently wrapped up an outstanding virtual National Operation Meeting!  We continued BUILDING ON throughout the week, which featured informative sessions with Billy Mosby, COO and Dan Salerno, Director of Operational Excellence; special guest speaker, Ross Bernstein; Comedian, Pat McGann; Networking sessions with Senior Leadership; a wide variety of engaging training sessions; and an inspirational presentation by retired Navy Seal, Jason Redman.

Our planning team once again partnered with Circle S Studios to bring our operations Associates together in this virtual format, which will further propel our team towards operational excellence in 2021!

I want to acknowledge and thank Mike Walton, Chief Human Resources Officer;  Billy Mosby, Chief Operating Officer;  Dan Salerno, Director of Operational Excellence; Nikki Stone, Operations Training Director; and Kristin Hidell, Director of Events, for their tireless work in executing a productive program.
