Getting in the trenches, side by side with our associates and customers, he values the opportunity of riding with our sales team, getting to know them, coaching them, and learning from them.

Being out in the field also allows Rui to be close to our customers, building that bond and allowing him the opportunity to thank them for their business and loyalty. When not out on the road, Rui prefers to work from a branch to better build relationships with the operations team and be right where the action is!
