There are a lot of technology changes on the horizon, between transitioning to Infor SX.e, leveraging Salesforce across all Lansing regions, introducing LansingNOW, and more. Any technology cut-over – and certainly one of this magnitude – offers its share of challenges. However, because of positive, committed associates like you, and the resources we are dedicating to this effort, we are confident we will overcome any challenge. Having all associates across the country on the same systems will be a huge step toward making Lansing one unified company.
Lansing Building Products’ acquisition of Harvey distribution creates a unique opportunity to be the industry leader and set a new bar of what it means to deliver a best-in-class experience for our associates and customers. The technology and strengths each group has to offer is coming together to make Lansing the most customer-centric company in the industry!

We have updated the LansingNOW guide for the phase one rollout of the new platform. As a reminder, we launched with limited functionality for 9/14 so we can continue to perfect and ensure our customers receive an excellent user experience with the new site.
The below LansingNOW Go-Live Guide has the most up-to-date information on the LansingNOW platform, what customers will have access to on 9/14, as well as updates on ClearWin, marketing programs, and more. Please use this guide going forward – the previous LansingNOW launch guide is outdated.
As with many aspects of our new partnership, we are fortunate to be able to leverage technology strengths throughout Lansing to build an overall solution that enables our associates to deliver best in class service to our customers. To make your transition to all of the systems impacted by the Infor SX.e conversion as smooth as possible, we have prepared a guide outlining the key changes, and will continue to expand upon these resources.
All customer-facing materials around the Lansing Building Products transition will be stored here. Please review this page and familiarize yourself with the resources.
We plan to transition Lansing Northeast from SAP to Infor SX.e in three phases, beginning in mid-August and ending in mid-September. Please refer to the timeline below on page 2 of the playbook for upcoming associate and customer-facing system and technology changes.
Eventually, the Harvey Secure Site will go away and customers will be invited to the new LansingNOW platform.
LansingNOW will provide a mobile-friendly, online buying experience, making it even easier for our customers to do business with us anywhere on their schedule. LansingNOW also will highlight our strong customer programs, including ProZone, ProBucks, SAVR, Trips, Lansing Marketing Services, and more. We also will transition EZpay customers to Lansing’s BillTrust access during this time. More information around LansingNOW will be available soon.
